IVR/Voicemail Voice Over

Before smartphones, we actually had to answer the phone to find out who was calling.

There was no “caller id,” no “speed dial” and if you wanted to know who called while you were out, you had an “answering machine.

And of course, people needed reminded each time they called, what to do after the beep…
